Penson Futures combined its futures business with Penson Financial Services, Inc. (PFSI). Just like Penson Futures, PFSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penson Worldwide Inc. and is a registered broker-dealer.

Penson GHCO is renamed Penson Futures.

2008

Penson GHCO acquires Wolcott & Lincoln, LLC, an FCM located at the Kansas City Board of Trade.

2007

Penson Worldwide acquires Goldenberg, Hehmeyer & Co. and First Capitol Group, including First Capitol Ag and efutures.com, the company is renamed Penson GHCO.

2003

GHCO expands its Chicago operation and moves to its current location at 600 West Chicago Avenue.

1999

Futures Magazine ranks GHCO in its Top 50 Brokers based on customer segregated funds.

1995

Penson Financial Services, Inc. was founded by Phil Pendergraft and Daniel P. Son in Dallas.

Office opens at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange.

GHCO opens its doors at the CBOT.
